I enjoyed this series and will certainly and look forward to completing the full set! recommended. good character development and the author has the knack of keeping you on your toes and making sure the unexpected is just around the corner....
Predictable Mary Sue protagonist. Super-prepared. Loaded with still-functioning tech. Predictable backstory. Almost infallible. More description of the gear than the characters.Not for grown-ups. Strictly Viagra for the comicbook crowd.

Tom Abrahams can write ! Great characters, very detail writing and good situations. Well worth the time and money to enjoy.

Going to leave this same review for all 6 books in this series (so far). Entertaining read. Lots of action, inter personal relationships and what would I do moments to keep even the most jaded post apoc genre reader turning the page to see what happens next. I hope there is a NEXT in this series as 6 Books still leaves plenty of room for further exploits of Battle and Lou..
OUtstanding series. You'll love every moment of it. I liked the fact it came as a package, so I didn't have to wait for each episode. Obviously, I'd rather have all these books done this way.
The characters are well shaped and identifiable. I'm not a survivalist, But one can get some tips, if you are, or just want a Get Out Bag.
Once you start, you'll keep going.
